The Fresno Chapter is dedicated to serving the community with special emphasis on Children, and the restocking of Striped Bass in San Luis Res. and Millerton Lake.

Events include:

1. 5 Fishing Derby's a year
2. Habitat work at local reservoirs
3. Exhibitors at the Central California Sportsman Show
4. Yearly participants in the Clovis Parade for Special Olympics
5. Yearly fishing derby for Physically Challenged Kids
6. Inter Chapter fishing derby's
7. Volunteer work with the Department of Fish and Game (electro shocking, fishing in the city program for children, etc.)

If any of these things are what you are looking for in an organization! We welcome you. Our meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month (with the exception of July and August which are meeting free) at 7pm at Denney's Restaurant located at 1110 E. Shaw Ave. in Fresno. Meetings are informal but enlightening and as always, "Bring a Friend"
